I think my first discussion would be immunological. The infant had exposure prior to the mother's first symptoms. The only want to eliminate exposure would be to go back in time and remove baby completely from mother before exposure happened (which is impossible and likely unnecessary). The best thing for the baby is receiving maternal antibodies to the viral infection at this point. I think if they keep stressing her out, it could slow down her recovery. As she recovers the baby will receive antibodies to the virus. I don't see any benefits to antiseptic wipes on her chest. I would probably ignore that as long as they aren't telling her to use them on her nipples. Good hand hygiene is important though. She needs lots of rest, food and fluids.
