There is an article in USA Today, May 5, on page D1 headlined: Breast milk
yields chlamydia fighter, Fats inhibit infection, lab tests show

Researchers from the American Society for Microbiology found that fats in
human breast milk that protect babies from bacteria and viruses in their
stomachs and intestines could lead to new preventive treatments for chlamydia
and other sexually transmitted diseases. One of the four antimicrobial lipids
in breast milk tested "completely inhibited" infection of chlamydia bacteria
in lab tests. Ultimately a non-prescription topical lipid preparation could
be available to women to inhibit chlamydia and other STDs.

Breast milk is amazing stuff, but we already knew that!
