Hi, 2 unrelated questions and a comment

I was wondering what is going on with the MA DPH new hospital regulations with
the discharge pack ban? I had called them and got interesting materials with
quotes from the public testimonies that were held. Lori Winter told me that
there has been some hold up. I saw that the lawyer for the Hospitals had
mentioned something about it going against US constitution contract amendment.

Just curious, would Prolacta be considered WHO Code compliant?

The babies I see where the mom decides to wean from breast to formula (and I
assume its with DHA/ARA b/c almost all formulas now are) get CONSTIPATED
initially, I wonder if the explosive stools is more for newborns who are
started out on formula?
