Hello All,

A question re: marijuana.  I did search the archives and found many interesting posts, however none relating to premature infants.  For those who work in NICU or SCN, what do you do w/ moms who have a positive marijuana drug screen on admission and admit to use?  This mom has preemie twins at 32 weeks gestation, and is begining to pump.
