I have had just one mother who went out and bought the new Avent pump in
the big baby store.  She did not like it (Paid $300+ for it) and is now
renting from me.  It was painful and unproductive in her estimation.
She needed a larger breast shield  for the rental pump, so maybe the
Avent pump's problem is the breast shield size- - - just my conjecture.
