Truckloads as in 18-wheelers, right?
Nice charitable tax deduction. Are they writing off their manufacturing
cost, or the wholesale cost, or the grocery distributor's cost, or the
retail price charged by the most expensive store in the state?
BTW: did you have time to check the expiration dates on those cans?
If they were really concerned that babies be properly fed during
emergencies, they should also provide the necessary amount of bottled water
to reconstitute the powder and sterilize the bottles with, and the fuel and
equipment necessary to do the sterilization - for every family of a
formula-fed baby.
