I still think the best term is the UNICEF used term
BMS  Breast Milk Substitute
I covers everything besides Breastmilk, formula commercial and homemade, straight cows milk, ritual teas, water everything.
It doesn't contain the offensive word artificial, yet still lets all know what the real product is.
