I have used this occasionally.  I was not overly impressed with the results.
Not all women get a decrease in their milk supply.  You also have to be
careful, because some of the symptoms of "oversupply" can also be due to
"undersupply".  Typical of this is the 3 month "nursing strike".  It can be
very difficult to differentiate.  The mothers will often say the baby does
not like the rapid flow of milk and that's why they stop breastfeeding.  And
I agree this happens sometimes.  But I have also seen the exact same thing
happen when the mothers get this "3 month decrease".  And in treating them
with domperidone to *increase* the supply, the baby starts nursing better
again.
