Sharon - Yes, everyone works to make money (earn a living); however, some
are more ethical than others.  We know at least two companies in the
lactation field that are more concerned with the bottom line than being
ethical.  One is a breastfeeding equipment company, and the other is a
for-profit donor-milk company.  The former is a WHO Code violator but won't
admit it publicly or privately; the latter charges hospitals extremely
exorbitant prices (over 40 times what HMBANA charges) for the milk.  The
behavior of both companies is reprehensible.  Whenever possible, their
marketing ploys can be pointed out and curtailed.
