Yes, a plastic surgeon is part of a craniofacial clinic along with a
pediatric dentist, orthodontist, speech pathologist and, maybe,
nutritionist. I have worked at the local one in Spartanburg where they
also made referrals to the geneticist or cardiologist or GI.  Depends on
the complications.  A clinic is usually better than only one specialist,
you get the whole gang.  Most major medical centers have one or check
with the local health department or early intervention program for the
clinic nearest the family.
