See letter discussions of same that have appeared from time to time in JHL
(I believe last year, June or September 1994).

My Florida friend who is very familiar with thrush and treatments that work
is out of commission at the moment, having recently had surgery to repair a
very bad disk in her upper back.  When we speak, she tells me first if she
is on "the drugs" and I take this into acocunt in assessing what she says.
Husband says her brain is currently somewhat less "connected" than usual.!
(I think we all know what he means!!)

Once she is back on track, I will get the info from her again. Hope you can
wait til then.  :-)
