I agree that just finding a way for mom to comfortably nurse baby
would be the obvious solution, but we know not every mom will be
comfortable with this, especially early in her nursing experience.
One crazy idea popped in my head.  If she is amply endowed, she
could just tuck the container between her breasts until it comes
closer to body temp.  Of course, if she is starting with frozen
milk, it would definitely be uncomfortable for her.  Nature's own
bottle warmers!
