I wholeheartedly agree with Kathy. Last year during the Gold08 Online
Discussion (highly recommended - see link below) I put forward the idea of a
'Convention on the Rights of the Newborn' and it seemed to spark some
interest, especially from Pamela Morrison (hi Pamela), who was one of the
presenters.

Unfortunately, not much came of it. What do others think?
