To our physician friend from Oman,

What exactly are the breastfeeding practices in your country?  I am so
interested. I agree with you that in the US, there are so many professionals
who feel that they must protect women from the truth about breastmilk.  They
do not want to take one side against another, as that would make the mother
feel "guilty."
