I just received this e-mail. Now don't trip over each other as you rush to apply! I have edited some portions, but note that nowhere is the "leading Infant NutritIon company" identified. I also found their capitalization of the "I" and "N" interesting. Is that supposed to make it more impressive?
The other things I found especialloy revealing are the following:

"Primary focus is hospitals and Pediatricians who can help with both the availability and recommendations of Infant formula in hospitals. "
"develop relationships with pediatric office/birthing & pediatric hospitals that will lead to formula recommendations."

Sure doesn't sound like they are giving their "gifts" out of the goodness of their hearts does it?

Needless to say, I won;t be applying. They don;t know me very well do they? Before I'd consider something like this,I'd flip burgers at a fast food joint!

Winnie

What follows is from the e-mail.
Good afternoon. My name is ................... and I am a recruiter who specializes in recruiting Medical Professionals like yourself on behalf of Medical Nutrition Companies. I am currently representing a leading Infant Nutrition company who has an opening on their team in your local area.

I know as a Lactation Consultant that your priority is always going to be that breastfeeding is best. After recruiting in this field for many years and speaking with Nurses and Dietitians who are pediatric specialists I must say that I agree and that the company I recruit for feels the same. What I have also learned though is that when it is not possible to breastfeed than Infant formula is a needed substation.
