Baby is NOT constipated.  Baby is not getting enough milk.  Reason is
probably the breast surgery.  Decide how you want to supplement.  Bowel
movements in the early days and first few weeks are a key marker for
adequate intake, along with wet diapers.  No BMs in a new baby = not enough
