Hmmm... is it just me, or does his contradict itself?  Fresh milk is
always best. But defrost the colostrum and feed it first?

Personally, I believe that colostrum should be given first- whether it has
been frozen or not, then go on to use the fresh milk (especially if baby
can bf from the "source")  but I am unclear as to how this answers the
original question. Which is better, frozen colostrum, or fresh mature
milk?
