Hi, Barb:  You may want to remind these nursing leaders of the laws that
exist that protect a baby's right to its mother's milk.  They also might be
interested in the information out there on the advantages (increased
productivity, less missed work time, to name a couple) to the employer of
supporting its working nursing employees.  I'm not really surprised that
you are faced with this additude - some of the most unsupportive people I
know are maternal/child nurses who also happen to be women.  We love to
shoot ourselves in the foot when it comes to supporting each other!
