Regarding cisapride interactions, I tell moms this when starting
a baby on cisapride. No erythromycin antibiotics and no azole
anti-fungals for either of them. To simplify it for mom  I tell her to
tell anyone who gives either a medication that the baby is on cisapride.
I also screen for family hx of prolonged QT syndrome.
I often ask pharmacist to label the bottle with the warning.
