How annoying that the Ezzos have a title of this name as there is an
excellent birth book, same title (the shortened version anyway)..  edited by
Raymond de Vries et al..

According to the Ezzo website, yes, there is a 'Birth by Design' available
now.. not much of a description.

However, Amazon.com doesn't have 1.5m pre-ordered, Sales rank means interest
in the product, and the higher number means less sales.. in this case
probably nil, as it's not yet available from them.  I was bothered about the
1.5m so checked it out!

Anyone can write a review and submit to Amazon, they don't just publish
glowing ones..
