I'm not a dietitian & wouldn't know specifical details of how to do that,
although I do know generalities.
Yes, the book says that manganese deficiency is rare. Yet it's cheap and
easy and unlikely to cause harm to take a manganese pill every day, and it
might just help. Plus, when a body is ill, say with mastitis, vitamin &
mineral requirements increase. Perhaps one bout of mastitis depletes
manganese? Any studies on this?
