Ladies, I am relieved that I have a client that doesn't have a tongue tie. Finally. However I do have someone who is engorged and had implants. How do I tell if it is engorgement caused by not emptying the breast enough or nerve damage, severed ducts, etc caused from the implants. My appointment with her is tomorrow so I appreciate any feed back pretty quickly if you have anything to add. If it is engorgement caused from the surgery, etc. Besides normal treatment of engorged breasts, anything I need to know how to offer assistance appropriately? Thank you so much.

Julie
