Thanks for posting Dr. Newman's info on g.v.  I would also add that he
advises repeating the treatment for an additional 3 days if the 1st 3 are
not successful.  From there he uses oral meds - ketoconazole or diflucan.
Dr. Hale advocates diflucan, which is used in neonatal nurseries.
