This brought back a very old memory of an LLL Leader telling me (27 yrs
ago!) how to prevent nappy rashes. She said to rinse the baby's bottom under
warm running water EVERY time he needed to be changed. I decided to see how
that worked, and guess what? He never did have a sore bottom!
