Jennifer,
If moms are utilizing coconut oil for thrush or nipple care, you can use it like most any other topical treatment. In the case of thrush, I'd encourage mom to rinse her nipples post Bf (a few dropperfuls of calendula tincture or apple cider vinegar diluted in the rinse water/bottle can also be a gentle Tx for thrush) and then apply the coconut oil. Hope that helps.
