Okay, I agree with reducing the amount of sugar in the diet in hopes of
reducing yeast.  But aren't all carbs metabolized into sugars in the
body?  By reducing processed/refined sugars (why not honey, etc?) and
not, for example, white flour, does it help as much as reducing
carbohydrates and other non-processed sugars?  I know...get William
Crook's book about yeast...
