I love this phrase, Winnie!  I think I'll use it today!

I work in hospital.  When I see a short frenulum causing difficulty with
latch, I describe what I see in the doctor's notes because that part of the
record is sent on to the baby's "home" doctor.  Then I add the phrase
"Further evaluation is requested."  Some docs are picking this right up in
the hospital and the last family dropped by the ENT's office on the way home
after discharge, making supplementation unnecessary.

Of course, there are some docs that still resent that I saw it first.  Oh,
well.
