Barbara,

The next step is probably getting Texas to enact some workplace legislation.
  I'd be more than happy to discuss with you ways in which California's
legislation could be more effective if we had it to do all over again.

NY just passed some major health care legislation requiring insurers to pay
for certain items for women.  Do you think Texas would pass legislation
requiring insurers to cover the cost of an LC and pump rental?
