Morgan,

Well said.  As a side note, about ten years ago, I worked in a hospital
where there was a new nurse starting employment.  Everyone thought she was a
little bit odd.  She asked questions that weren't entirely strange, but they
just made you think, "Shouldn't she know that already?"  Finally, some
nurses banded together and approached the manager.  An in-depth
investigation was done and it was discovered that she was not a nurse at
all.  She was in fact a medical student from another country who had failed
her classes.  So she came to this country, lied about her education, and
challenged the state nursing board examination... and passed.

You are right... we must speak up when we know something is amiss.
