        I don't know much about adoptive nursing but as far as taping the
SNS - I have a trick I stole from someone at Evergreen (I apologize for not
remembering who it was).  Put one of those teeny little bandaids (not the
round ones) at the top edge of the areola.  Slip the tube through it - holds
great and you don't have to fool around with tape each time just leave the
bandaid on until it falls off!
