Hi,

What I am interested in is not the normal sag of breasts after pregnancy
& nursing. The mom who was concerned is 26 yrs old & as she weans her 3
& 4 year old children sees her breasts shrivel to nothing. When I showed
her the picture in Lawrence's 4th edition of BF: A GUIDE FOR THE
MEDICAL PROFESSION, pg. 530, she said that she was slightly better than
that. It was reassuring to her that Lawrence said the contour would
probably return in 3 years. I am asking for personal input from women
who experienced this severe loss of fat. I wonder if it is more evident
when one tandem nurses or has babies closely spaced?

The life change that helped my saggy breasts was swimming several times a
week. As I developed my chest muscles, my breasts looked better.

Sylvia
