Has anyone ever come across this before? I sent a baby back to the hospital
ER last week- she was having pallor attacks when feeding and seemed to be
suffering from reflux. She is also in a harness for clicky hips the poor
thing which doesnt help with positioning.
the mum rang me back and said the CT scan showed an S shaped oesphagus.
They have started thickening to the feeds ( she is now expressing and adding
in carobel) and on rantidine. Im seeing her tomorrow. In 15 years of paeds I
have not heard of this - its not vascular ring .
Anyone?
Thanks
