Which begs the question, as Rachel so succintly said, why not?  Why has a 
useful OTC drug in UK and Netherlands never made it into US pharm?  Lack of 
profit???

Will "orphan" drug status, now give researchers the ability to study it's 
safety and efficacy so we can eventually use it in the US?

Seems unreal.  Pat in SNJ
