Hello everyone,
 I have a couple of legislation questions for you all.

1. Which states have passed laws offering tax incentives for
companies to establish lactation programs?
According to Liz Baldwin's website, such legislation was
proposed in Wisconsin. Are there others? Did is pass there?

2. State welfare to work laws that mandate maternity leave time
(usually too short to establish bf) Does anyone know which states
have passed laws about this?
I've tried looking these up on various gov't websites and have
discovered that webstites can be just as bureaucratic and inaccessible
as the gov't itself!
