I find that many babies struggling with the conical shield can latch well
with the cherry shape so I've moved to using them (nearly) exclusively but
do keep other options on hand including the large conical from mamivac.

They're especially helpful when baby's palate is very high, baby is
retrognathic and/or baby has a tongue tie and we are awaiting revision.
