I do agree that the stated info might be too much. Unless there are multiple
presentations.
You can always provide additional written info.
I am thinking that many of the daycare staff will not be passionate about
bf,
nor find it easy to take time away from their duties for a long
presentation.
I think important points are:
1. Strongly agree with Chris that you need to find out what the main
questions
and concerns of the staff are prior to the presentation.
2. Very brief legal and country policy (e.g AAP: as long as mutually
desired,
no harm from bf for years)
3. Respect the mother's desires - to bf on site, to provide only breastmilk,
to not overfeed baby immediately before mom arrives, etc - the mother will
communicate her wishes and should know approximate amounts etc
4. Respect the bf relationship - the bf relationship is a close and intimate
one,
very meaningful to mother and baby, and is not to be taken lightly. I don't
think
many people realize this one.
