Thank you for your comments, and Laurie, you are correct.  The good news is our Peds and I have provided more information (most of which I had ALREADY provided, including the algorithm) so we will see.  Some hear what they want to hear and some only want to hear from doctors, which is a fact of life, I guess.  Thank you and I am glad the whole thing is finished.  The future will tell if any changes will be made.  Thanks again
