frequently, many of our moms are kept on MGSO4 for 24 hours post
delivery due to severe PIH. These moms are often too relaxed to
even hold their infants let alone attempt to breastfeed. The infants
are sleepy as well since the MGSO4 was started during labor. Any observati
ons on this topic would be helpful
