THere's a nice long lunch break in which you could do anything you like. 
You can also leave each session of the exam at the half way point (1.5 
hours after instructions are done being read (that takes about half an 
hour) and everyone starts) and come back after lunch if you are done. If 
you are desperate, you could leave the exam room and a proctor will take 
you to the restroom, and you could express a bit. Since the exam is done 
in 2 sessions with at least an hour lunch, you should be fine with an 8 
month old. Go for it.
