This is in response to the question regarding Melissa Gilbert's premature
baby in the NICU.   I work as a maternal-newborn educator on the postpartum
unit at Los Robles Regional Medical Center.  Melissa is very supportive of
breastfeeding, and faithfully brought her breastmilk in to the NICU daily.  I
can honestly say baby Michael was given very little if any ABM as a growing
premie.
