Go to http://www.cbs.com, then click on feedback.  The site gives you a forum
where you can type in the program name, your name and e-mail address, and then
make comments.

You may have to do one other step.  When I did this last evening, I was asked
to type in my zip code.  Now, when I accessed the site to review the procedure
for you, it immediately went to the New York City affiliate, my local station.
Feedback site is there, too.
