One of the most effective ways to get such policies as described by Ro
Anderson is to get all those moms whose babies have been fouled up to write
letters to the hospital administrator, their doctor, and the nursing
supervisor on the floor when it occurred. When enough letters come in,
people will HAVE to start looking into things.

Def. of LC service: "We are all faced with a series of great opportunities
brilliantly disguised as impossible situations."
