Hi all,

On my summer holidays I finished reading 'Baby Matters - What your Doctor may not tell you about caring for your baby' by Dr. Linda F. Palmer. The second half of this book gives a very interesting explanation of what cow's milk does to our bodies and why babies may react to cow's milk or other allergens in breastmilk. And it is not just the cow's milk lactose that causes problems but the protein as well. I found it very interesting as I had been wondering why cutting dairy from their diet helps so many mums and babies.

Best wishes,

Sarah McCann.
