I work in a hospital setting as an LC some of the nurses on the unit have gone to lactation courses that are designed to prepare you to sit the exam IBCLE. In this course they are being taught that hindmilk and foremilk does not exist. Am I missing something? Riordans 4th edition has information on hindmilk and foremilk. Your comments?
