I can see your points and I mention these to moms when I suggest they might
try this position. But I do experience that sometimes it helps to give some
feeds a day in this position. As for the inconveniance it is up to the mom
herself to decide if she experiences it that way, maybe she doesn't mind
dripping milk, she may have no other children or find a way to have them with
her while laying down, and actually for some babies laying face down is a
favorite position. I think opening all options to the mother with all pros
and cons summed up is our job and the decision what to do is the mothers'. In
these cases I rather like a LLL way to phrase it, for instance: ''Some
mothers find it helpfull to ... while others experience better outcome if
they ...''
