in the interest of safety, Kathy presumably did this
in a restaurant.  for those of us who own pressure
cookers, I have read that it is very dangerous to try
this in your home pressure cooker since they aren't
designed to be used at the high temperatures that the
oil would get to.  I would just hate to hear of any of
you blown up.  :-O
