Delaware just passed a law banning all smoking in public areas
(YEE-HAW!!!!). It has caused quite a flurry of controversy and complaints
and gripes and lots and lots of letters to the editor. Today's Wilmington
News-Journal included a letter from a woman stating that (I paraphrase from
memory): "If cigarretes were that bad for you, the government wouldn't let
companies make and sell them."

I've heard this same argument about formula! If it was so bad for you, the
FDA wouldn't allow it.

Sigh.
