I agree with this with the following caveats:

1.  A baby who is recieving expressed breast milk via bottle may be at risk for scalding if the bottle is microwaved (something I do not recommend) or heated in another inappropiate way.

2.  Any baby can be scalded by too hot bath water.  This is part of my anticipatory guidance to parents. I remind them to turn down the water heater thermostat below 120 F if possible, run cold water first then add hot water to make for tepid water, check water temp with inside of arm (not just finger tips) or thermometer (there are some heat activated cards and bath temp monitors in the form of toys).
