What do I know?
The half-life of Prozac is around 4 days for chronic use, so it would take
several weeks to clear.
What do I think?
Even if the mother were switching to another SSRI, I would not pump and dump
at all unless there were obvious problems with the infant.  If it was safe
to breastfeed while on Prozac, it is a no brainer that it is safe to
breastfeed while going off the Prozac.
That is what I think.
