Dear Lactnetters:
     I am asking for some technical assistance!  I am in the middle of
writing a literature review as part of my thesis which should be done by May
(yippee!)  The lit review, however, is due very soon.  I am having trouble
getting the latest Ross mothers survey from the company.  Does anyone have a
copy they can send or e-mail?  Also, anyone know off hand what the reference
is for the recent upward trend in women of lower socioeconomic groups
breastfeeding?
